Responsible for fluency in the Back-line.
Will actively try to meet all back-line operational goals.
This position is active on the line all the time.
Every action taken should be driven toward best possible customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties Maintains Back-line standards of operation.
Positively and pleasantly represents the company in the making of our product.
Acquire necessary knowledge of all back-line training materials.
Follows Arby's handling and production procedures.
Ensures the highest level of product quality is reached.
Follows all cleaning and operational procedures for back-line cleanliness.
Assists in stocking at the beginning and end of every shift.
Follows Back-line standards of operation.
Maintains a positive attitude toward job duties.
Maintains the Arby's Look - refer to Employee Handbook.
Meet the three primary back-line goals:
top quality, top presentation, and top speed.
Must follow age restrictions on equipment utilized on back-line.
The Back-line employee may be called upon to perform tasks not listed in this description.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
