Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Consultant / Technical Writer to provide onsite training and implementation support for the electronic health record (EHR) software application, Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology.
Required / Desired Skills
Certified or credentialed in Epic Beaker (Required 1 Years)
Experience providing application and/or technology support (Required 2 Years)
Experience providing focused training in large and small group settings to adult learners (Required 2 Years)
Ability to learn and deliver role-based curriculum (Required 2 Years)
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers (Required 2 Years)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff (Required 2 Years)
Ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer service (Required 2 Years)
Available to provide Go Live Support (Required 2 Years)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
