Position: Desktop Support Analyst (Ref: 271)
Location: Iowa City, IA 52242
Duration: 4 Months 23 Days - Contract

Pay Rate: $21.45/hr
Description:
The candidate will work on the migration under the direction of a lead. Prior experience with migrations is required. The candidate will be required to provide support for Microsoft Office Suite 2010/2013.
Roles:
Must have excellent customer services skills and experience with desk side training for users
Migrate 2000
Windows XP workstations to supported operating system.
Estimated project duration at 5 months with extension as needed to finish the migration
Preferred skills:
Health Care IT Experience
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Required / Desired Skills
Migration of Windows XP to Windows 7 64-Bit Professional via SCCM OSD (Required 3 Years)
Migration of user profile data (Required 3 Years)
Cable Management (Required 3 Years)
Software deployment via SCCM packages and manual install (Required 3 Years)
Experience providing user training (Required 3 Years)
Experience using a ticket tracking system (Required 3 Years)
Windows XP Support (Required 3 Years)
Windows 7 Support (Required 3 Years)
Experience with McAfee (or equal) Anti-Virus and Encryption software (Required 3 Years)
