This person needs to strong HTML/JavaScript developer (Angular is a must have). This developer needs to be well versed in object oriented JavaScript, HTML, SASS and CSS. Have the ability to write fluid/liquid/responsive HTML and CSS that works across all three screens (tablet, phone and desktop). With the ability to create custom JavaScript libraries and utilize 3rd party APIs.
