59 PM CentralDESCRIPTIONBENEFITSDefinition and DutiesMUST ATTACH COVER LETTER AND RESUME Under the direction of the Ambulance Director, the Assistant Director, or Field Supervisor, is responsible to provide EMT level patient care in accordance with the ambulance service protocols and under the direction of the medical control physician or physician designee.

Special requirements:
Current EMT certification in the State of Iowa and current BCLS provider certification.
As a mandatory reporter, maintain approved training on child and dependent adult abuse reporting requirements.
Valid chauffeurs license and insurable under county liability coverage.
Safe driving record.
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.

Responds to calls as directed.
Transports patients to their respective destination.
Performs duties of an EMT as defined in service protocols approved by the Service Program Medical Director.
Completes and submits patient care report, billing sheet and other related documentation.
Represents Johnson County and participates in training/professional development activities and work related meetings as requested.
Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with County/Department policies, procedures, safety practices and the collective bargaining agreement.
Attends work regularly at the designated place and time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
