This may be the role for you! Thrive is accepting applications for a REGIONAL DIRECTOR to oversee the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area.
This could include areas of Linn, Benton, Jones, Iowa, Johnson, Cedar, and Washington counties.
As growth occurs, this area will split into 2 Regional Director positions and separating into Linn, Benton, Jones & Iowa, Johnson, Cedar, Washington Counties.
The Regional Director is a management/leadership position and will be responsible for overseeing employees and the consumer caseload as well as scheduling, employee reviews, hiring, paperwork/billing, meetings, marketing, community outreach, and much communication.
You will work with a leadership team of other Regional Directors throughout other areas of the state as well.
This position also performs some job development (helping consumers find community employment) and job coaching as needed.

The starting wage is $19 per hour and will move to a salary of $40,000-$45,000 (commensurate with experience) after a 90-day probationary period and completion of an extensive training program .

Candidates for this position should have a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, human resources, marketing, sales, or business.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines.
Reliable transportation is required.
