Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Meet sales goals and targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly sales floor - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Knowledge of electronics sales is beneficial - Familiarity with cash register operations - Demonstrated phone etiquette skills We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
