This includes ensuring tasks are being completed, customer service levels are being met, and guests are receiving the best Big Grove has to offer.

Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Ensure the restaurant is being opened in tip-top condition and that opening and closing duties are being completed by staff.
Responsible for pre-shifts being conducted every shift to ensure everyone is updated with the plan for the day.
Educate staff on events, menu and new releases.
Ensure enough staff are on to cover shift needs, make cuts if there is too much coverage.
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment Continually use active management to coach, train and engage staff.
Problems will happen everyday, and you must be able to look at the problem from a root cause view, not get overwhelmed, and take steps to correct it.

Supervisory Responsibility Supervises Front of The House Staff while running the floor.
Works closely with Back of the House Leadership to ensure Big Grove is operative the best way possible.
Work Environment This position operates in a hospitality/ brewery environment.
This role routinely uses cleaning supplies and point of sale terminal systems.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position and hours of work/ days may vary from week to week.
Schedules will be posted two weeks prior to allow time for employees to be informed of work requirements.
The business is open 7 days a week during many day parts.
Evening and weekends are a key requirement.

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
