Office Assistant We are looking for a part time office assistant.
Hours are flexible and Monday-Friday.
Superior Care Iowa is a locally owned health care company.
We are searching for someone who is comfortable with technology including google applications (Google docs, Google Sheets, etc).
The applicant should be organized and responsible.
This individual needs to work well in a team.
This applicant should be able to prioritize tasks to ensure all are done in a timely manner in the order of importance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and personal car required.
Previous home care experience preferred but not required.
Prior office assistant experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with office tasks as directed by office manager.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and ensure they are routed appropriately.
- Assist in office organizing tasks.
- Assist with client and staff scheduling and training as needed.
