Responsibilities:
Please Note:
All HSLS Employees Are Drivers First and Will Be Required to Meet All Driver Training Requirements and will be required to deliver when needed.
Operational Support:
? Assist the Operations team with fleet-related equipment issues, including on-road services and mobile maintenance units.
? Foster a culture of safety and promote an accident free environment Vendor & Staff Management:
? Cultivate relationships with vendors for services, tires, and parts.
? Aid in staff recruitment and daily manpower scheduling to ensure workload and fleet duties are met.
Cost Efficiency:
? Develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
Records & Documentation:
? Maintain and manage service records for all vehicle work.
? Assist with fleet record-keeping and ensure proper documentation of services.
Additional Tasks:
? Perform various tasks, including basic vehicle maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, rotating tires, fluid checks, and more.
General Expectations:
? Represent the company professionally, positively, and courteously.
? Be prepared to work under varying weather conditions.
? Foster a culture of respect for company equipment, safety, and professionalism.
? Ability to thrive under pressure.
? Ability to critically think and problem solve to propose solutions to Owners ? Detail oriented Reporting:
This role reports directly to the Business Owners and collaborates with the Operations Team to uphold the Fleet Program.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in fleet management or a related field.
? Knowledge of Amazon's fleet and safety standards is a plus.
? Strong communication and leadership skills.
? Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations effectively.
