What We Are Looking For:
A Project Manager for General Construction to manage the daily activities required to ensure the successful and safe completion of projects.
This individual will be accountable for supervising subcontractor performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, managing the start-up of the project, reviewing costs against estimates for each total project, and updating labor productivity reports.
What We Need You To Have:
BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Three years or more project management experience in construction.
Ability to assess constructability, and stage, prepare, phase and sequence site logistics within budget and schedule.
Able to professionally work with both management and construction workers in situations involving critical lead times, budgets and deadlines.
Computer skills in MS Office, PDF/drawing viewers, and ability to work in project management and scheduling programs.
Valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
