This is a remote position that will cover territory in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida with preference for the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to be located in the territoryTravel:
50% time The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualificationsFor this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $ 80,000 to $95,000ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equityWhat you will be working on:
Responsible for sales revenue and establishing Work Ready Communities by prospecting, onboarding and training new customers, guiding customers to ACT resources for assistance, and managing contract renewals and expansion of services with current customers Develop and maintain relationships with the state, regional and county education and workforce offices Deliver ACT WRC/NCRC presentations to prospective county, region, and state leadership teams and represent ACT at local, regional, and state conferences, trade shows, etcDevelop and execute account plans to capture new business and maintain existing business of ACT's standard products and services to K12 school and district customers Act as a liaison between WRC customers and ACT internal departments, e.

, marketing, contracts, client relations Provide overall support and coaching of WRC teams to achieve participation, certification and maintain status, including:
Conduct mid-boot camp calls and convey expectations for next boot camp Manage and maintain governance documentation and records Continually track WRC teams' participation before and after milestones are met Provide phone service, email support, web chat support, and data entry for WRC's pre/current/and post boot camp This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):
Account Manager At least three years of progressively responsible experience in the workforce and educational services industries Knowledge of ACT Work Ready Communities Ability to quickly learn how to ACT Workforce Solutions can play a part in supporting economic well-being and quality of life for a community Senior Account Manager At least five years of progressively responsible experience in workforce and educational services industries and that includes significant involvement in building ACT Work Ready Communities and knowledge of ACT Workforce Solutions Must have a strategic understanding of the workforce industry, including educational services industry and economic development Both levels:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed accelerated revenue and volume growth Experience working on economic development and/or education-to-career initiatives or similar experience Fast learner, highly motivated, takes initiative and is a self-starter Program or project management experience, preferably with large scale projects Ability to learn and maintain working knowledge of ACT's and ACT's key competitors' products and services Experience working with diverse populations Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce Strong business and financial acumen Team player who is flexible, helpful, and works well in a collaborative environment as well as working with a high degree of autonomy Customer-centric approach and service oriented Must be able to build relationships based on trust and credibility with potential and current customers Ability to manage change and navigate positively in an environment experiencing change at a fast pace, often with competing and changing priorities Ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals inside and outside the organization; must have excellent presentation skills Demonstrated ability to be inclusive by actively seeking and engaging with diverse perspectives and inviting a sense of belonging Creative thinker and problem solver; strong analytic, reasoning and decision-making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills and knowledge required for success in this position attained through experience, education (Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing or a related area), or a combination of bothIt's a plus if you have:
