We are seeking a Web Content Specialist II to help us fulfill that mission.
ACT Marketing is currently seeking a talented and motivated Web Content Specialist II to join our rock star marketing team.
As the Web Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and building landing pages and websites that align with our brand image and business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to create user-friendly and visually appealing online experiences.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of web design best practices.
The ACT Marketing Team ACT Marketing is part of ACT's External Affairs business area.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $65,000 to $80,000.
ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Remote Here is what you will do as a Web Content Specialist II:
Conduct day-to-day website maintenance, including updating content, files, asset management, and troubleshooting issues.
Design and create engaging landing pages and websites that adhere to brand guidelines and user experience principles using platforms like AEM Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to visualize and iterate website concepts.
Implement SEO best practices to optimize website performance and search engine visibility.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of web projects.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
Participate in the strategy and execution of A/B testing to enhance user experience and web page performance.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback through heatmaps, recordings, and surveys to refine designs and enhance user experience.
This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Content Specialist or Producer, Web Designer, or Digital Design Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with optimization techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and concepts Strong attention to detail Collaborate and work effectively with individuals inside and outside the organization Includes and actively seeks and engages with diverse perspectives and invites a sense of belonging Develops ideas that are new, innovative, better, or unique; embraces and promotes diverse perspectives Ability to prioritize work and manage change and navigate positively in an environment experiencing change at a fast pace Prioritizes needs and experiences of customers and puts them at center of decision making Skills and knowledge required for success in this position attained through experience, education (Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science or related area of study), or a combination of both It's a plus if you have:
