2K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Key Responsibilities Attend weekly social media strategy meeting Identify content for sharing on social media promoting Hawkeye pride Schedule social media posts Search for images specified by communication team members in the Iowa photo shelter Build emails for mass communications (no prior experience needed, preferred on some email platform) Test emails following best practices This position will gain experience with a variety of platforms and software including Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, Facebook Creator Studio, Twitter for Business, Twitter Analytics, Twitter Media Studio, LinkedIn for Business, Instagram for Business, Sprinklr Social Media Management, YouTube, and Google Analytics.
There will also be opportunities to write original stories for Iowa Magazine and assist with multi-media content creation if the clerk is interested in those fields.
Schedule & Program Components:
The clerk is expected to work 15-20 hours per week (hybrid on-site or remote), according to a schedule determined by the clerk and supervisor.
No evening or weekend commitments are required as part of this position, but there may be opportunities to 'cover' some weekend or evening events.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Must be a current University of Iowa student.
Preference will be given to current sophomores, juniors, and first-semester seniors.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
