Aspire is hiring a Director of Business Development.
Manages and directs team of people for multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Georgia to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching admissions and marketing personnel Establishes and manages effective sales and marketing strategic plans with admissions and marketing personnel that ensures revenue growth in all facility services Provide monthly result assessments of admissions and marketing staff's productivity Assists admissions and marketing personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with professional and community referral sources Collaborates with V.

of Operations to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all services Analyzes short term and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit Conducts customer service training for department managers and facility staff Hold regular training and sales meetings with Admissions and Marketing Directors Requirements Degree in Marketing or Business preferred Experience or training in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation/Assisted Living Marketing and Admissions with proven successful results required Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends Ability to motivate, train and lead sales team to achieve census development goals Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience maintaining CRM Experience conducting in service trainings and presentations to both large and small audiences Be able to travel frequently throughout the region A valid driver's license Recommended Skills Analytical Assessments Assisted Living Business Development Census Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
