The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, such as powerwashing, painting, carpentry, general repairs and snow removal.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for maintenance or construction work.
During the winter there will be snow removal work.
Responsibilities Desired:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
Keep work areas clean and equipment organized.
Basic property maintenance which includes mowing and mower Maintenance Pressure washing Large equipment operation Skid loader operator Able to pull a trailer Qualties Needed:
No experience needed but a hard work ethic and willingness to learn required Team oriented Able to follow directions Management skills Willingness to do snow removal in the winter Insurance offered PTO available after a year and performance evaluation Job Type:
