Anesthesia - Supply Chain Associate
The Supply Chain Associate position is considered essential for the effective long-term operation and support of Anesthesia operations.
Position
Responsibilities:
o Organize and maintain Anesthesia supply inventory.
o Address inventory issues related to the supply chain and suggest models for improvement.
o Assist with inventory management for all anesthetizing locations throughout the hospital.
o Responsible for the maintenance of inventory data and scanning.

Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
o 6 months to 1-year related supply chain experience.
o Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
o Prompt communication with Anesthesia staff regarding emergencies and requests.
o Ability to move throughout hospital, move up to 25 pounds, and frequently transport heavy case carts.
o Ability to move and position self to handle inventory, including high/low shelving.
Qualifications:
o Utilize PeopleSoft, SPM or Tableau.
o A valid driver's license and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
o Effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
o Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
o Knowledge of supply chain management in a hospital setting.
