Making/Packing System good knowledge of Weight, Temperature, Pressure, Level and Flow.
Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, loop checking, modification, upgradation, assessment and troubleshooting for Making System.
Able to support EO projects and provide the support to Team for PC&IS and Programming needs.
Having experience in VAT, IQ/OQ, EI (Engineering Information), Function Design Specification (FDS) / User required documents (URD).
LVQ - Low voltage qualified (work safely) Trouble shoot sensors/equipment as controls engineer/technician.
Proficient in Siemens S7/TIA Portal training.
Understanding on Wonderware software Proficient in PLC programming standards Understanding of programming languages like LD (Ladder Diagram), ST (Structured Text), FBD (Function Block Diagram), SFC (Sequential Function Chart).
Help and Train operators, technicians and engineers on control systems on need basis.
