1 Full-time 22 hours ago Full Job Description Retail Services Supervisor Ensures the quality and presentation of retail items and foods prepared and served within the University Housing Residential Dining Retail Operations and other areas of University Dining as assigned.
Schedule, train, supervise and coordinate the work of assigned staff.

Qualifications:
Required
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition, Institutional Management, Hotel & Restaurant Administration or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
6 months - 1 year experience in the preparation and distribution of foods.
6 months - 1 year experience in food service management, including training and supervising staff; and inventory control.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software applications.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through appropriate communication methods and behaviors at a working proficiency level.
Demonstrates the ability to adjust and develop self to prepare for new or changing assignments, processes, people or priorities as organizational needs dictate at a working proficiency level.
Demonstrates a working proficiency in the ability to work with variety of individuals and groups while appreciating the unique contribution of diverse individuals.
Demonstrates a working proficiency in the ability to collaborate and interact with individuals and groups.
Demonstrates a working proficiency in the ability to provide excellent customer service and to meet or exceed customer service needs.
Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
Desirable
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in personnel supervision.
Working experience in a large-scale food service operation.
Some experience working with a collective bargaining unit.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
