5 Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description JOB Under direct supervision of the Network Administrator; installs, modifies, and makes repairs to personal computer and printer hardware, and software systems.
Provides technical assistance to County computer users.
Provides and supports the County VoIP phone system.

Must pass background check.
Valid driver's license and insurable under County liability coverage.
May also require use of personal vehicle for official business.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION to be performed satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation The following duties are normal for this position.

Provides Cisco VoIP telephone system support.
Analyzes and diagnoses computer system hardware, software, and operator problems.
Recommends and/or performs problem resolution.
Repairs computers and peripheral equipment.
Upgrades BIOS as needed.
Responds to and initiates work orders when necessary.
Installs new PCs, peripheral equipment, and specified PC software packages such as operating systems, word processing, or spreadsheet programs according to departmental standards.
Installs cabling for department supported telephones, peripherals and personal computers.
Responds to inquiries from county employees concerning computer systems operation.
Trains and advises county employees on use of supported personal computer equipment, software, and manuals.
Answers/routes phone calls and responds effectively to users.
Performs back-up for Server Support Specialist as needed.
Attends work-related meetings, training and conferences as requested.
Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with County policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Attends work regularly at the designated place and time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
