- Assist in associate recruiting and development
- Schedule, orient, train and/or test incoming associates
- Directly supervise associate team group leads
- Shift reporting and payroll
- Oversee shift safety program

Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred or at least six months of related experience
- Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable communicating to various audiences, both orally and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
