P&G is looking for a ValidationSenior Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring making systems, procedures, and standards for on-going product and initiative delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Applying technical expertise with making processes, including extrusion, batch systems, continuous making systems, particle addition, and fiber spinning technologies Quickly embracing and adapting to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost, while also innovating new technical solutions Ensuring adequate capability is in place to support the making systems Leadership of validation process for new equipment and product qualifications Strong bias in action and ability to drive issues to closure rapidly Qualifications Required Skills:
Must have a minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical degrees are preferred), or degree with 5 years related work experience. 3 - 5 years of work experience in plant operations and/or engineering delivery to production sites Technical masters who can apply technology solutions to meet business needs Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Willing to travel Preferred Skills:
Strong leader that can successfully lead teams to deliver manufacturing solutions Project Management Experience in the chemicals/petrochemical industry
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Management, Operations Management, Electrical EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
